Thiragiri Velavan Trust is a non-profitable charitable trust run to erradicate poverty, illiteracy and unhygienic environment of the orphans and the poor people dwelling in the rural areas of Tamilnadu, South India.
Thiragiri Velavan Trust focuses mainly on the following areas:
- Health: Primary Health Care, Family Welfare, Reproductive & Child Health, Prevention of HIV / AIDS, Women and Child Development
- Education: Formal and Non-Formal
- Water and Sanitation
- Management of Natural Resources
- Livelihoods promotion
- Disaster Management
- Infrastructure Development in rural areas
We welcome the contributions by means of monetary and voluntary help from the Individuals / Corporates etc., who can lend their hands to uplift the people in need.
All the monetary contributions are exempted from Tax under section 80(G).
